Need motivation!

I have a punch bag, on-the-spot bike trainer, weights, Skipping rope, wrist/ankle weights and pull-up bar. I am trying to get rid of this 'last years' beer belly, but my motivation is at a low. Need some encouragement as I feel nothing is working.

Don't give up I've been there would work my butt off and see no results and then when I stopped worrying I noticed the changes!!!! You can do it0
