New here but have struggled with weight for... always

Hey, I'm just joining today, hoping to get in shape and lose some weight after having a baby. It has been 4 months, and though I've been counting calories and exercising off and on since giving birth, it is just so much harder to stay on track now than it used to be. I find myself wanting to eat EVERYTHING all the time, and it's getting really frustrating going back and forth, losing a couple pounds and then gaining them back. I've been sitting at the same weight for 3 months and am flabby and out of shape. I'm here hoping to turn it around.
