Hello MFP,
I have been here about 65 days, lost about 18 lbs so far and continuing along. I recently have started lifting as I seemed to have gotten stuck on the weight loss ladder. Figured lifting a couple days a week could def help.
I am 23 years old
I started at 263 lbs
I joined MFP after dropping quite a bit.
To this day I am 214 and still working at it.
I could use a little extra to keep me going right now. I have been stuck for a little over a week at the same weight and its a little upsetting but I know it does happen from time to time.
I am trying to get in great shape as I will be heading off to Basic Training for the Army here at the beginning of fall.
Please feel free to add me. I could use all the motivation I can get right now!
