Vomiting and Calorie Count
Hi Everyone,
Last night I went out with some friends to the bar and started the night off with some taco bell and a case of budweiser. I remember drinking about 15 budweisers before leaving for the bar. Upon arrival I had a couple shots of fireball and that didn't settle very well. I started puking in the bathroom and had to be taken home. While at home I continued vomiting. My question related to this is do I count the calories in the budweiser and taco bell in my diary or not? I'm not sure how this works since I vomited it out.
Thanks!

If you are consuming all of that you aren't overly concerned about your health so why worry about how many calories it was?0

Just eat it back so there's no question. I'd just scrape the top though.0

A large percentage of calories get absorbed before they even reach the stomach, so I wouldn't view it as a free-for-all. I'd still count it.0

Damn, 15 buds AND taco bell? Next time just buy a half pint of cheap vodka and dump it in your baja blast. If you were seriously going to log 2175 calories for beer, I'd just cut that out and keep the taco bell in the log and call it a wash.
This is definitely one of those "log it and move on" kind of nights.0 -

If you're drinking 15 beers and fireball shots in one night, I think counting calories should be the least of your worries.0
