Just joined after a demoralising shopping experience where nothing in my size (or what I though I was) fit anymore. Just miserable!

I've just finished a very stressful postgraduate degree which no doubt factored into me gaining 25 pounds. In addition, in the last year I moved in the city centre where I live, and no longer had a 2km walk in and out of town, so fairly sedentary.

I am going to a wedding in mid-July and want to look good. Beyond that, I want to have a more healthy lifestyle and hold steady at the weight I used to be at. I'm not overweight, but just feel a bit heavy and uncomfortable as I used to be quite slim!

I'm going to try the 5:2 diet mixed with either Couch to 5K or 30 Day Shred. Would love advice and moral support, as I am the sort of person who drops these things easily!
