3 month use of MFP app, just discovered the forums

I'm not sure what to say, been checking out the forums here this afternoon and really like all of the helpful positive posts I see. I started using myfitnesspal 3 months ago, and it has helped me loose 37lbs. I started on march 6th at 269lbs and now I'm at 232lbs. I workout almost everyday for about 40mins, and I don't eat many if any at all of my calories from working out. I'm at like 1500calories/day now, some days I feel like thats plenty others I feel cranky and hungry....I'd like to get down to a firm 190lbs, for reference I was over 200lbs at 16 in high school, and I haven't been in the 230's for quite awhile....Anyway not sure what else to say.
