Well I'm 44 and my weight is 185; I'm 5'2 and truly wants to make a lifestyle change. I've considered the gastric sleeve but prefer to try on my on. Problem is I will lose 10 pounds and seems to quite. Now I'm ready for the new me, I need motivation to keep striving and being the best me. Please help0

If you click on settings and choose to update your diet and fitness profile, you'll find where to enter that all in at. I did it really quickly using your stats, sedentary, and a goal of 1 lb lost per week, and it gave me net calories (what you consume - purposeful exercise) of 1,310 per day. You need to weigh and measure everything you eat and enter it in your food journal every day.0
