hello everyone.
My name is salwa, I am from Mississauga (Toronto) Ontario. I am 36 years old and have 3 kids (8,5, and 2monthes).
I am trying my best to loose some weight but I am lacking the motivation. I am the only one at home eating low calorie diet (mostly veggies) and exercising regularly. Hubby not interested and friends too busy.
I would like to link with ppl who are close by me where we can either meet at gym or go out for run together. I know that it is a long shot but as much moral support is important, actually support is too.
