Success Story destroyed, and remade

Two and a half years ago I started my journey at 170lbs.
Over the course of those years I lost a whopping 80lbs.

I had begun to get underweight, down to 100lbs and to the point where my body crashed and I began binging.
I gained back 30 of those pounds. Under control and hopeless.

I still fight a daily battle, every single day.
I feel like itll never be as easy as it was before to lose it.
But I decided 7 months ago to start lifting.

Even though I am a lot heavier than the image on the left, at least the difference in the arms is apparent.

I guess pictures really are important so you can see yourself for what you really are.

    For the most part
    Its still a struggle.
Seeing yourself heavier yet healthier isnt what society teaches us.
But my biceps...thats a good trade off.
