Sooooo bad and they are in my pantry and I am trying to be strong but omg they are so good. Must. Stay. Strong.

If you have never had them than you should stay far far away from them.

Sounds deliciously evil! Why are they in your pantry! I'd die if they were in my house! lol. Maybe have one as a snack over the course of a few days to get that desire out of you? I'd pop one in a breakfast shake :)

Wow. Before I would probably be telling you how strong you are for not caving, because I would have already.... But since changing my diet to incorporate eating so many veggies, I totally don't crave those sort of things much anymore! And that actually sounds gross to me now! Lol. If someone lives with you, cut them up so you can split the calories throughout the next week and have them hide the rest so you don't sneak any extra in though!!

It's 71 calories. Eating ONE doesn't put a huge dent in your calorie restriction. The goal is to have a lifestyle that you can eat the things you want, but within control. Eating out of control is why there are so many overweight and obese people in the USA now.

    This ^

I am trying to modify my behavior. A 180° turn from past behavior is not going to end well during maintenance. A huge percentage of people re-gain the weight they lost....temporary changes don't work for most of us.

I refuse to buy the package of Smores Oreo's.... I know I could just have a serving size... BUT!! maybe when I go camping on the 4th of July.... hmmmm yes.... I think I'll need to figure the calories in a real smore and the calories in these cookies and compare.

Could you not just go and walk or exercise for 71 calories then eat one?

How about a PB cocoa smoothie? Add banana and ice, scoop of protein, there is a terrific lickable breakfast.

why don't you pre log a few so that you can have some and then adjust the rest of your day accordingly so that you are still in a deficit????

Yep. I did that all last week while I had ice cream in my freezer. I pre-logged the ice cream then made the rest of my day fit so I could have ice cream every evening for dessert.

I had them. They are really good. Way better than the other "limited edition" Oreo flavors I've tried.

I had 1 or 2 a night when I had the room in my day. As others have said, 70-140 cals shouldn't be too difficult to fit in, take a walk after dinner and it should work.

I LOVE this idea...it's great. I wish I could eat one cookie, I don't seem to be able to currently... in time I might. For me it's better to cut some things out rather than eat the whole pkg. I've tried, I really have portioning them... I don't believe it's because I'm weak. Some ppl have binge issues and have to be extra careful..

One cookie is not enough, 1000 is too many. However that saying goes?

I think someppl just have the ability to do it and other binge eat foods they crave. But fortunately they no carry the Reese's ones here.. they've moved on to the S'mores ones...which don't interest me.
