motivation

hey guys, I joined this awhile ago and I just haven't found it in me to spark myself up and buckle down and get it done. I got injured In a fight, I compete for a small mma club and I got in a car accident so I've just been down and can't find encouragement or motivation to stay healthy and get in the gym 5 times a week I'm developing bad smoking habits and just not happy how do you guys find motivation to workout everyday (or however much often you plan to workout)
