Protien shakes for after the gym suggestions?

I have almost finished my BSC Body shaping protien for woman and want to try a different one!

Any suggestions on a brand that will aid in weightloss more so than building muscle?


It doesnt have to be available in Australia as I don't mind buying online

I personally love my Plant Fusion protein powder in cookies n creme. It's protein from plants so it is vegan, gluten free, and soy free. Also it is delicious when mixed with almond milk. I've also heard that the Vega Sport Performance protein powder is pretty great. It is also vegan, gluten and soy free.

For weight loss you want as low calories as possible I'm guessing so look for something with as close to 100% Whey Isolates as possible
