I'm so sore had to remove my wisdom teeth now can't continue on my meal plans and SL heavy lifting. is there a way to meet my macros coz I have to eat basically baby food and no heavy lifting for atleast 7days... will I have to start afresh after a week of non lifting? *sobbing*

Yes. Seven days out of the gym will magically evaporate every ounce of strength from your muscles. The baby food and protein shakes that you'll be consuming for a couple days? That's the consistency that your entire body will turn into.
...It's a week off. People take longer vacations. Heck, sometimes with a week off you'll come back refreshed and stronger. Chill. And in all seriousness, if the thought of seven days' break is psychologically messing with you that much, and the "sobbing" wasn't a cute exaggeration for the Internet (which I'd totally get), you might want to take a longer break for a priority check. Exercise addiction is not pretty. (But I think you were joking?)0 -

This.
Make smoothies with appropriate macros.
seriously not that big of a deal.
I broke my ankle and was out from lifting for 5-6 weeks, I didn't have to completely start over with every lift. Just squats when i was allowed to do them a week later.0 -
