Face Changes

Two years ago I lost about thirty pounds between March and June and distinctly remember my face being noticeably thinner; I was running about two miles five times a week. Fast forward two years and I've lost the same amount of weight in about the same time frame so that I am by all accounts currently at the same weight I was back then, except via walking 15-20 miles a week and counting macros. My issue is my face looks the same as it did thirty pounds ago this time around. Is that something that happens when exercise is less intense? I fit in the same clothes I did two years ago but the chin I was glad to be rid of last time stubbornly remains :c I'm at a bit of a plateau anyway, so should I try running a couple times a week again?

Could it be a bit of loose skin? I still don't have a 'flat' chin because I have some looser skin there :(
