Hello. I decided to use this app for my own personal gain this time. In the month of May my employer promoted a contest using it and I WON! I lost 4lbs in the process as well. My goal this month is to work out at least 21 days. I began on June 1st at 157.8 lbs and today is 154!! Let's see how far I can take this. I stopped giving myself datelines because I usually give up. it would be nice though, to get to 150 by June 21. Let's see how it goes
