Need some advice....

Hi! So my problem is basically I've lost weight and gained most of it back :( the story is around this time last year I decided to do a health kick and lose weight and get healthy and it worked, lost around 50 pounds by the end of august, But around December/January I started eating unhealthy again, and gained most of it back.my eating plan for last summer was eat 3 meals a day at 200-300cals a meal. Not very healthy when they were tiny little items, I was starving my body. And the reason I started eating unhealthy was at first I started binging and it just continued and now I'm ready to start over but the right way :) I'm a vegetarian so I want to fit my diet around that, but any tips or ideas where to start? I plan to start fresh tomorrow, but what's some good things I can try to eat or exercise I can start doing?? I can't go to the gym for another month because of reasons but as soon as I can I will. Any help?
