Ok so I'm back again to try to lose some more weight. I have a gym routine 3 times a week which I feel is going well, food intake needs a lot of work and drinking water needs a lot of work !!

I've purchased a misfit activity tracker which I hope will motivate me to go out do some walking to meet daily activity goals.

Anyone got a misift account that I can add to my app as a friend ?
