I currently live in the uk and as far as I know our rda's are different to the united states.
The iron and calcium stats are only showing percentage, is there anyway to see the stats in mg or grams?
How do I change it to see this instead of percentage?

you're stuck with it. US numbers are at http://www.netrition.com/rdi_page.html
Calcium milligrams (mg) 1000
Iron milligrams (mg) 180 -
Well the U.S. Recommendations are higher. Why not try to reach that amount? I usually meet both of them.0
