Rest Day Guilt

The past three weeks I have been doing fitbit challenges and averaging 2500 steps which is half fast walking and then 60 to 90 minutes of treadmill running and the arc trainer. I work 8 to 5 at a desk job so this takes a lot of effort to get to 2500. Who knew I was so competitive? Today I am not in a challenge. I feel very drained and I do not want to do my cardio or my walking. Why do I feel so guilty???

I have a desk job too, and I never win my Fitbit challenges.
Please listen to your body. Rest days are nothing to feel guilty about!0
