I want to read something about health/nutrition/self-improvement on my flight that is fairly recent. Any suggestions?

Honestly there are two, one by Jillian Michaels and the other by Bob Harper that not only focused on physical fitness but really went into your personal emotional state, like long quizzes. I learned a lot about myself and dropped ten lbs. I'll have to check the names for you. Friend me if you'd like, I have lot's of other books and love discussing what works and what doesn't :-)0

Rethinking Thin, by Gina Kolata. It totally changed my perspective on weight loss and maintenance.0

Right now I'm reading Jackie Warner- This Is Why You're Fat.
I just bought:
Brian Wansink- Mindless Eating
Jillian Michaels- Slim for Life
Geneen Roth- I forget what this is called but her books came highly recommended.
Lou Schuyler- New Rules of Lifting for Women.0 -

For me a book by Mike Mathews called Bigger, Leaner Stronger. Such a awesome read. I think he has one called, Thinner, Leaner, Stronger which is more towards the female crowd. I haven't read that one but if its like Bigger, Leaner, Stronger it will be great.0
