Guitar Afterwards?

So It's Almost An Automatic For Me After Workouts ( And Showering Of Course lol) To Go Play My Guitar. It Helps Me Cool Down I Guess And Its Relaxing. Anyone Else Do This? What Does Everyone Else Do Right After ?

    Firstly die quietly in a corner. Lol but always followed by music. Sometimes I play the guitar other times its just hit play :)

    I go immediately to work, preferably to just sit there and read but I depends on the day. Also, drink a ton of water and eat a piece of fruit.

    I'm a guitar player but because I work as a musician throughout the day, working around music/playing, living in the noisy city-I find I don't play guitar when I get home after a workout. Usually I cook up dinner and search the forums :)

    Yea I'm Not A Musician, it's Just A Hobby I Guess For Me.. But I Do Enjoy It!
