Cell response and Joshua Method?

anyone using the concepts of the Joshua Method or cell response? I found out about it watching the Hungry for Change film. Any thoughts from the community?

    No idea what the Joshua Method is. Did a google search and came up with a Bible Study, and some dude who teaches foreign language concepts. Neither of those seem to have anything to do with diet and weight loss, so...I dunno. What is the Joshua method?

    I think I already follow this plan, but without the name, buzzwords and supplements.

    I still weigh and journal my food though (not here anymore; fitbit).
