Recently, I took the plunge to align my eating with my values. I'm enjoying the plant based diet and have found that I feel 200% better. I finally had my first headache which is a WIN for me. Until now, all headaches progressed into totally debilitating migraines!

Looking for some friends who can support a vegan approach to eating. Would like to learn some new recipes and cooking tips (substitutions etc.).

I enjoy staying in shape with Orange Theory Fitness (high intensity interval training) and long distance running.
