Hey there I just starting doing myfitness pl today but I have done a diet before in the past where I lost 10 pounds but then I quit the diet and just started over again. I am having a lot of trouble trying to come up with a diet plan that works for me where I like my diet,it fits into my calorie restrictions and makes me feel full. Its harder because I am picky with certain types of foods and because my dad eats differently than I do when I go on this diet. Any ideas of low calorie breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks ideas for me?

Eat whatever you want, it really doesn't matter. As long as you create a caloric deficit you will lose weight!

It's just down to you to pick what foods you want to eat... cake, bread, chicken, pasta? It's totally your choice OP, don't let a diet plan dictate what you eat and cannot eat.

Pick foods you like to eat. Eat those in portion sizes that fit your goals.... No need to restrict food, that's what makes you give up!

Thanks...it seems too frustrating to give up things that I like. I couldn't let things like pizza go and I like pasta but its hard to make it all fit my calorie intake

I'm not really giving up food that I like lately but I'm just eating them in smaller portions...I think I just have trouble varying out the calories of the foods I eat throughout the day. It must be challenging for me cuz I used to want to eat more than I should so now that I'm eating smaller my body is confused and thinks Im not eating enough or something
