Are steaks healthy grilled? When losing weight?

If it fits your calorie goal (and macros if you're paying attention to them), then yes.0

You just need to accurately count calories and if you consume less than you burn - you will lose weight. That's it.
With stakes, though, you need to be careful - the nutritional values and calories on the label is for RAW meat and you need to weigh your meats before grilling. Or, find the correct data for cooked steak.
For example, you buy 10 oz New York strip steak and the label would say 259 per serving 4 oz, winch would make the entire stake 650 calories. But after you grill the steak, it will, most likely weigh about 8 oz (probably even less) and if you apply the calories from the label: 259 per 4 oz x 2 = 518 calories. But, that's not correct because that steak is still 650 calories! So, you might think that you've consumed 518 when in reality you ate 650.0 -
I found leaner cuts will fit my macros and calories better. But yeah, go for it.0
