I'm Tina and I'm not new to myfitnesspal, but I want to be more connected in the community and start adding more people to my friends! A few tips - even if you're busy, do some research on how you can prepare simple, fast, easy, and nutritious meals at home. It will save you so much money and calories! I see people eating nothing, like a burger all day and it takes like 500 calories! a potato, steamed salmon w/garlic, and caulilower is less than that! and fruit with it, you will be so full and healthy.

Also, I love shopping at aldi! I spend $30/wk on food at most.

So i would love to be friends with some of you and inspire each other to find more creative ways to eat healthy!
Please share any tips you think would be useful to me based on my food diary.
