Hi. I am just joining MFP. I am 50 years old and just had my knee replaced in January. I am pretty active, but need to lose about 40 pounds. I enjoy kung fu and tai chi. I think the most important thing for me is to change my diet. I have started tracking my meals. This has worked for me in the past. I don't see why it wouldn't now. I look forward to learning more about nutrition and what's good for me. Welcome to the other newcomers. Let's do this!
