Starting again!

I had a painful experience this week. I directed awhile ago and lost 120lbs. Now here I sit back up by half of that!

Last Sunday, my husband and I took a shower together and afterwards he was looking at me and said : "What happened to you working out?"

I was devastated, but he's right! It hurt but I really has stopped working out and eating well. It's time for me to start again. Stop wasting out and start exercising.

I re-download my couch to 5k app. Now I need to regain my motivation.

What do you use to keep you invested?

    Just ease yourself back in I fell off too and just kept trying till it kicked in

    I'm struggling with self sabotage as well.. Wondering how to maintain that commitment. I'm new to MFP if you wanna add me as a friend. I recently started doing 5Ks last year and am glad I did. Although I don't much care to run.. My goal is always to improve time and initially just not to walk! I'm just now trying to add friends as I've not been using the support on here. I think it would help.. Happy weekend!
