need help to loose pregnancy weight

Hi
Im 26 and my pre pregnancy weight was110lb n im 5' 3".was 139 lb at term..im 24 days post partum and currently 120 lb and breastfeeding.
I want to loose 14lbs along with the flabby abdomen without effecting my milk supply.with the newborn at home dnt have much time to hit the gym.
Any ladies out their who have done it or on their way plzzzz help.
