HELP

i started slimming world end of January I've lost 1 stone 2lb in total now, but for the last month seem to have came to a stand still?! Now I feel like giving up I just don't know what 2 do?! Any help/advice would be great thanks. I'm also veggie & a fussy veggie

    Hmm it's difficult with SW as you don't weigh food. To lose weight you have to eat at a deficit. Perhaps try weighing and logging your food if you aren't already doing so? :)

    Not saying that wouldn't work, but since Slimming World says you don't have to do that, wouldn't weighing and logging mean going off the program?

    In any case, if you aren't losing weight, you're eating more than you should be eating to lose weight. You can reduce the amount you eat without weighing and logging.

    If you want to stick on slimming world go back to basics, re-read the rules and reapply them from scratch because no doubt you have introduced minor cheats you're no longer aware of

    Personally I would start weighing and logging accurately to see my calories and hit my defecit but understand if that is not for you

    I went to get weighed this morning and lost 1.5lb, I'm trying the speed food this week see how I get on with that.
