what's in your kitchen?

I have lost 50kg(ish) in a year through hard work at the gym and portion control but have now hit my personal plateau in terms of performance at exercise. I have never really had a proper clue about nutrition and would love some advice on it.

My goals are to loose the last bit around the midriff while bulking up my upper body and maintaining an incredibly active life.

Nb I have no aspirations to loose more weight, just to turn that flab to muscle.
