Hi Everyone.
Newbie here.
Im 25 years old From UK.
I was pretty fit about 3 years ago as I used to exercise regularly 3 - 4x per week. Had to go through big change in my life and had to take a pause in my workout routine. Unfortunately, I couldn't get back in to the routine and started to gain some fat. I have tried returning to the gym but it all lasted for about a month and then I failed again.
Hopefully here I can find some like minded people and we could share some eating and exercise tips.
Currently On the mission to lose 10 - 12 kg.
Cardio 5 - 6x per week.
Weights 3x per week.
