How to delete a food item?

I wonder how I could delete a food item that I have listed in duplicate?

The "delete" button is there on my mac but not on my PC lol

If I'm in a hurry, I just change the amount of that food to "0" so it zeroes out the totals

On a PC, there is a red circle with a white line through it to the far right of the food item. Click it and the item should go away.

On the top of my page there is a pencil looking thing next to some other things. When I tap on the pencil it gives me the option to edit the food

Editing a food is not deleting a food.
