    I did a 20 mile ride yesterday. I'm gonna do another ride today. How's about... you be ready in an hour and we'll go together? Doesn't have to be a long ride, doesn't have to be a hard ride, it just has to be a ride long and hard enough to release the endorphins so that you will feel GREAT when you're done!
