okay I know this is a repeat but my other status did not come out right. My flex dad yesterday and I am heartbroken. I am in the process of talking with customer service and fit bit to get it replaced. Meanwhile I am looking at upgrading to the fit bit charge or the charge HR or the Surge. But I have seen numerous problems with them. I am considering going to one of the Garmin, the Vivofit 2 or thei vivoactive smart watch. Any suggestions preferences would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance
