I didn't know this part of the app existed. Either way, I'm a former personal trainer (certified through NASM but didn't see the benefit of paying them to renew it) and UIUC Kinesiology graduate. I'm a competitive power lifter with a bodybuilding foundation. I haven't been using this app too much lately but I use it when dieting becomes important and bf starts to get low (like now). Started last September with a bulk and got up to 218. Currently sitting at 203 lbs at 5' 10" with a goal of 195, but we'll see. I hope to inspire others in their fitness journey. Whatever it may be through motivation and encouragement. Keep killing it.
