Hi! New on here!

Hi! I'm new on here and it would be really nice to have friends for motivation and to be able to see other peoples amazing progress! I'm a tennis player and black belt in taekwondo and always slack off during my off season, so now I'm here to change that. I'm around 150 lbs at only 4'11, and was wondering if there was any tips you could have to help me lose this! Thanks anyone for reading and good luck!!
