anyone have spinning results?

This was my first spin class and I swear my instructor was on steroids or something, I felt like I was back in basic training again. 2 minutes into the class my butt was in agony from that seat. But my legs really feel it. Does anyone here use spinning as a regular part of their work out regimen, if so can you post your befores & afters to motivate me to take the class again? Thank you so much.

    I don't have any before or after pics from spin particularly, but I do the occasional spin class and I think they are a terrific cardio workout, fabulous for the legs, and a lot of fun. Depends on the instructor, and of course it's up to each person to turn up the dial and work hard, but I think Spin is a great addition to a well rounded workout schedule.

    Of course, depending on your goals, it will either fit into your plan, or not.
