Friends to keep me accountable!

I really really need help. I want to lose weight so badly but I keep getting taken over by my sweet tooth! Some weeks I eat dessert like everyday and I know its bad and I shouldnt but I still do it anyway. I am a "sweets addict" and think I need something sweet after dinner everyday.
Is there anyone out there willing to help me out and make sure I stay on track? I know there needs to be effort on my part I just need a little motivation!
