it is much harder losing weight at this age once menopause kicks in Are the support groups out there?

    Well i'm not in that age group but due to health reasons had to have a hysterectomy and menopause i'm sure is soon to follow so i'd be more then happy to help support you as my weight loss seems slow I guess it's the age. My profile picture is my goal!
