Mobility Work Help required

Hello I wanted to ask you guys on mobility work.
I have really bad mobility on my lower body esp my ankles and calves and hamstrings.
I need to improve them so I can perform squats.
I need a full body routine help required my mobility is very bad

Yoga. I do crossfit and wanted to improve my mobility, specifically squats as well, now I'm gumbi. I did vinyasa a few times a week, now I do Bikram. You can join a studio or grab some videos...I recommend a studio though, as they will make corrections in your posture/ stance.
Also, probably pick up a foam roller and trigger ball if you haven't already. They Achilles/ankle tendons are like a big boot that starts at your big toe. Roll out your whole foot and toe and all along your calves to get it all to loosen up a bit.

Check out DeFrancos Agile 8 or Agile 11 (the upgrade) on YouTube. It's what I use for both warmup and recovery and during the week.
Otherwise look up Alan Thrall on YouTube he has a great rundown on mobility and stretches for the power lifter.0
