Trying to lose weight after new baby

Hi! I just had a baby two months ago and I am feeling really sluggish. I would love to have some more energy since I have two older kids as well. I cannot fit into any of my pre-pregnancy clothes and now my maternity clothes are too big - I'm living in long skirts right now.

I gained 15 pounds before I got pregnant as I was finishing up my degree last year - terrible I know. Before I got pregnant I weight 184, then ended up gaining a bunch more weight while pregnant (didn't see my final weight). Now I'm back down to 187. I would really like to lose 50 pounds. I have never been able to successfully lose more than 20 pounds since I've been in my later 20's.

I don't have much time for the gym, but I'm hoping if I can hit up some garage sales this summer I can add to my home gym. Please feel free to add me as a friend to help me stay motivated!
