I am trying to calculate my TDEE and want to be as accurate as can be on my activity level. I work at a warehouse and walk a little over a mile walking back and forth from buildings. I also lift boxes 5-25 pounds. This happens 4 days a week 6 hours per day. I am also trying to work out at least 1-3 times per week. So should I put my activity level to light activity?

Sounds like very active to me. I used lightly active as a housewife with no kids-- just light cleaning and chores. Now I use very active because I'm a nanny and I work out 5 days per week.

Choose something, stick with it for a month and monitor your progress. After a month (you have to give things time to work) re-evaluate and adjust as needed.

Thanks. I didn't put in that I had a 15 month and 3 month old. I didn't think that would count towards it lol.
