Could use friends to mutually motivate!

Hi! It's my first day on here so this is a whole new world really. I'm looking to lose a significant amount of weight (100+) and began this on Monday for a biggest loser contest at my job. Since then I've been going to the gym and making great food choices and I've lost 7 lbs in 5 days! Just looking to have friends to talk to when I'm struggling for motivation and I can help motivate too! There are few people in my life to help encourage and push me and that's really helpful for better future results. Also I'm super bummed I can't somehow show I've lost the 7 lbs because I just joined today and I feel like it sort of takes away my small accomplishment that's encouraging.. Any ideas on how to include this somehow?

Well you are off to a great start Amanda. You bite it, you write it. You jog it, you log it. Drink water, sleep 8 hours, and smile alot. Remember, Losing weight isn't the key to happiness, happiness is the key to losing weight. :-)0
