What's your favorite energy ball recipe?

These things are delicious... I just made some and thought it would be great to have a list of new energy balls to try!

Here are mine: Peanut butter chia seed balls with apple chunks
1.5 cups of old fashioned oats
2 tbsp Trader Joe's crunchy peanut butter with chia seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/4 of an apple cut into small chunks
About 1/4 cup water, add more if needed

Blend all ingredients in food processor and slowly add in water to achieve desired texture.
Remove from processor and mix apple chunks with other ingredients with a spoon. Form into 10 energy balls.

Per energy ball:
88 calories
3.3g fat
10.7g carbs
4.8g protein

    In food processor...

    dates + dark chocolate almonds
    dates + honey roasted cashews
    dates + cinnamon vanilla almonds
    dates + almonds + white chocolate chip peanut butter
    dates + cashews + cinnamon vanilla almond butter

    Sometimes I get creative and add different types of cereal for crunch like brown rice rice krispies, unsweetened puffed rice, etc. I make all different flavors these were just a few of my favorites.
