Running Addict branching out

After 5 years of marathons and ultra marathons culminating with 7 marathons in 7 days last year (all sub 3:30 btw), I've decided to branch out and do triathlons. Hopefully this will prevent me having a hip replacement by the time I'm 30. I'm using MFP to help get to my ideal race weight.
