Any more carb distress that are just regular food and doesn't consist of 50 different foods?

Here are some low carb frequent flyers that we eat in my house:
Green peppers stuffed with stuff (like a chicken/cheese/mushroom stuffing or last time we had sliced sirloin, mushroom and provolone so that it was like a cheesesteak)
Those big portabella mushrooms made into a pizza with the mushroom cap as the crust or made like a cheesesteak kind of dish with steak and provolone.
Tomatoes hollowed out and filled with a tuna or chicken salad
Cucumbers cut into thick slices and a scoop cut out so that it's like a little bowl filled with tuna or chicken salad
Any typical pasta dish with 'zoodles' - zucchini noodles. My favorite is a spicy tomato sauce along with shrimp, chicken and mushrooms.
Turkey - or any lunch meat - and cheese roll ups... maybe with some spinach or other veggies sliced thin and put in the middle for some crunch
One thing I've discovered recently at the Subway restaurants that serve breakfast... I can request that they use their egg white omelette as the base for the sandwich instead of the bread. Their omelette is much more uniform than mine is, but I've had some success with recreating this at home with a half cup of egg whites and a 6 or 7 inch nonstick pan.
Spaghetti squash... These take an hour + to cook but I love them! If you like long noodles cut the squash into fat circles after it's cooked rather than end to end... The strands grow in a circle. I use these as a replacement for spaghetti and just eat it with veggies and sauce and maybe some protein thrown in.

It all depends on how low your carb level is. I personally have used the genaw, ibreathimhungry, cavemanketo, and ruled.me. Otherwise I just modify regular recipes to fit my requirements.
