I am finally in a place where I am ready to begin my life. I have a wonderful partner, a wonderful home, and I am ready to stop making excuses. I am setting out on a journey to shed 175 pounds!
I feel embarrassed, and disappointed, and from that comes my motivation! I WANT TO BE YOUNG AND LIVE MY LIFE WITHOUT FEAR OF JUDGEMENT, MISSING OUT BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, & INCESICURITY!!
Please drop me a friend request and be my support and I'll be yours!

I'm 43 now, I wish I had had your determination and motivation back when I was 19. (That was way back.) I'm starting to lose weight to get off a cholesterol statin.
It sounds like you are starting out great. Take it one day at a time. Do your best. And know you can do whatever you set your mind to.0 -
Just never lose sight of your goals.0
