kindof stuck. im down to my last 15-20 pounds to lose, and now the weight is really getting hard to lose, should i be working out alot more? or is it more about the dieting and what I eat now? i need some suggestions on how to lose this last 15-20 pounds? I workout and walk and run on the treadmill almost everyday, and try to keep what I eat healthy. any suggestions would help. Id appreciate it thanks :)

Push your goal back another 20 lbs, then you won't be on the last 15-20 lbs anymore.

The weight should start flying off. Hope this helps.

You have to lower your calorie goal with every 10ish pounds that you lose. Just make sure you're still in a deficit and stay accurate with your logging.

I am down to my last 25 pounds that I want to lose. I do not do anything to lose weight that I am not willing to do the rest of my life. Stalls are normal and can help prevent regains.

are you logging accurately and consistently? which means using a food scale for solids, measuring cups/spoons for liquids and choosing the correct entries?

At the last 20lbs the margin of error is smaller and if you aren't logging accurately it will slow it down and make it stop.

You don't need exercise for weight loss....so no you don't need to increase it.

At my last 10lbs (previous to this cut) I used my scale faithfully and lost 1/2lb a week on average consistently.

however, exercising does increase the calorie deficit if you do not eat back all your "exercise calories" so I find it a useful tool

First tighten your logging, then look at increasing the intensity and duration of exercise. Maybe the variety. The slowdown is natural.

I would focus on really being consistent with hitting your specific calorie and macro goals. If you're doing that, then you'll need to change either your nutrition or your exercise to get the ball rolling again. If you have the room, you can decrease your calories a bit, or you can increase the intensity of your workouts. How are you exercising? What are your calorie and macro goals?

Tighten up your diet. Reevaluate your deficit. The margin of error is very small when losing the last bit. dieting down is way easier than an extra 30 mins working out.
