Nice to meet you all! I'm Dean, a 25 year old obese guy. I am trying to improve my life and am looking for some followers for support. I have started my journey already but since re-joining MFP, I've realized that I really enjoy the support from other members!
I am following a ketogenic diet coupled with constant walking to start off. I started at 423lbs and am currently at 374lbs.
